Kevin came to see me just under a year after shoulder surgery. He was still experiencing pain and limited movement in his shoulders as well as pain radiating into his shoulder blades.
After 3 sessions Kevin shared his story with me.
Let me be as honest as I can be. I don’t understand what Jill does and after my first treatment I almost didn’t come back because of it.
Being middle 50’s and full of pinches, stresses and strains and having come off a brutal shoulder surgery process not quite a year ago I decided to try Jill and her technique for relieving muscle soreness and restoring muscle health.
My knees tended to lock up whenever I sit too long my shoulders were both giving me pain radiating from my middle back and up through the neck and I like to be active.
After my first visit with Jill I felt great on departure and had all sorts of questions running through my head as to if it was real or not. My shoulders started acting up again within a few hours of that first visit and I nearly cancelled the other two that I had committed to…..but I decided to give this a fair chance. (Also, Jill and told me that one session would likely not set my muscles free again after all of the years of tension).
Although my shoulders were bugging me I realized that my knees had given me no pain since my fist visit! Hmmm……maybe there is something to this!
After my second visit I again felt great but again some time later and occasionally I felt the issues with my shoulders creep back up.
I took a break and went elk hunting. Pulling elk over dry land, carrying half an elk on my back for 1/2 mile or so and camping were the venues for my body for the next week or so. I have to tell you that even though I had some pain and soreness related to the activities of that week, I recovered well and by the time I got home I didn’t really have much of any issue going on besides being tired.
I just had my third visit with Jill yesterday. Even though I felt good going into the appointment….I felt even better, more aligned, more relaxed and healthier coming away from that visit.
I write this wordy essay to say this. Commit to trying a 3 session minimum. Don’t try and figure it out. It works. I am living proof.
